In the year 2000, Ming Chuan University established an international college offering full English-language instruction, welcoming young students from both domestic and international backgrounds. Currently, the university hosts 1,111 foreign degree-seeking students from over 60 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Dominican Republic, Australia, New Zealand, Eswatini, Senegal, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, and local students from Taiwan. The interaction among students with diverse cultural backgrounds stimulates mutual exchange, expanding international perspectives.<\/p>\n

The university's remarkable achievements in internationalizing both its teaching and living environments have received recognition at the national level. It has been honored with the \"Excellent Award for English-Language Living Environment\" by the Executive Yuan of the Republic of China.
